• Minimize intake of salt
• To add flavor use pepper and other low- or no-sodium spices to add flavor
• Take appropriate amounts of fats in the diet
• Take small and frequent meals
• Include fibrous foods such as whole grains. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables
• Include nuts such as almond, walnuts and seeds in daily intakes.
• Avoid alcohol and caffeine intake

• A healthy lifestyle includes beingphysically active, quitting smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, and keeping your blood cholesterol and blood pressure at healthy levels.
• Yoga, meditation, and relaxation techniques can be beneficial.
• Daily intake of energy should depend upon daily activity level. Excessive intake deposits in the body forming fats which will have negative effect on heartbeat rhythm.
• Meditation and breathing exercises performed per day for 10 minutes will help in reducing stress levels
• Arrhythmia might cause loss of control without warning, avoid working or even being in dangerous places, such as trees, ladders, rooftops, cliffs, etc.
