Symptoms of NOSE BLEED

Bleeding usually occurs only from one nostril. Nostril on the affected side may fill up with blood and overflow, spilling into the other nostril to cause bleeding from both sides.⁴

Excessive blood loss may cause dizziness, light-headedness, confusion, and fainting. However, excessive blood loss from nosebleeds is rare.
A disease in which the body is unable to form clots may cause additional bleeding from other parts of the body, such as bleeding gums when brushing teeth, blood in urine or bowel movements, or easy bruising. Additional bleeding or easy bruising can be a sign of a more significant medical problem.
