Diet Recommendations (Aahar)

Avoidance of foods that cause flatulence especially those mentioned in the cause above.
Increase intake of Warm water (ushnodaka) before and during meals

Lifestyle changes (Vihar)

Mild exercises including walks after meals.
Avoidance of sedentary lifestyle

· Avoidance of indulgence in junk foods, smoking and alcohol.

Asanas for relief in adhmana (Flatulence)

Pavanamuktasana , and Uttanapadasana are highly recommended.
