Consume carbohydrate rich diet

Consumer ripe fruit, sweet fruit such as pineapples, cherries, melons and apples
Use grains such as barley, wheat and oats
Restrict use of salt in food

Awake early in the morning and go to bed early to get 7 to 8 hours sleep.
Avoid daytime naps
Avoiding anger and stress
Perform yoga and meditation.
Avoid spending too much time in the direct sun
