TESTICULAR PAIN AYURVEDIC TREATMENT

Management of testicular pain is done by giving adequate rest to the involved part and relieving pain. Medications or surgery to correct the underlying cause may be planned.1

Ayurveda considers controlling the symptoms through subduing the vitiated vata by snehana (oleation). Panchkarma procedure like the basti karma (medicinal enemas) is also considered as a best way to manage excess vata.2

Diet Recommendations (Aahar)

  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water
  • Avoid foods that cause indigestion

  • Avoid activities that lead to stress
  • Avoid performing excessive exercises
