  • Give proper rest to the mother
  • Regular oil massage and hot water bath – this helps strengthens lower back, hip area, bone muscles and ligaments
  • Regular massages and steam bath with herbs (sudation) which suppresses the vayu
  • Waist belt to give support the back muscles
